1- Shipping (What to Expect)

  • Domestic (Egypt): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Delivery times depend on governorate — see Delivery Timeframes below.
  • International: Available to MENA, Europe, USA and beyond. Delivery estimates and duties/taxes are shown at checkout. Import duties/customs are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable for standard returns (change of mind). They are refundable only if Laylatun shipped the wrong item or the item is proven defective.

2- Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

  • Greater Cairo: 2–3 business days
  • Alexandria & Beheira: 3–4 business days
  • Delta / Canal Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Upper Egypt (North): 4–6 business days
  • Upper Egypt (South): 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas (Matrouh / Red Sea / Sinai): 6–8 business days
  • International (MENA): ~7–15 business days (varies by country & customs)

Note: Always confirm estimated delivery during checkout — times may change due to logistics or weather.

3- Inspect at Doorstep — Your Right to Refuse

  • You may open and inspect the package in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting it.
  • If you refuse the item at delivery (after inspection), it will be returned immediately and you will only pay the shipping fee.
  • If you accept the item, any later return must follow the Returns procedure below.

4- Returns & Exchanges — Rules

 A- Change of Mind

Timeframe: Request within 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice.
  • Cost: Customer pays return shipping. Shipping paid at purchase is non-refundable.

 B- Defective / Wrong Item

  • Timeframe: Report within 30 days from delivery.
  • Action: Full refund or replacement (including shipping fees) after verification.
  • Requirement: Provide photos or video evidence with order details when contacting us.

5- How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support via email or WhatsApp with order number, reason, and photos (if defective).
  2. Our team will confirm return authorization and provide instructions/return label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back using provided instructions. Keep the tracking number until refund is complete.

Unapproved returns or items returned without authorization may be refused.

6- Refunds & Processing

  • Processing Time: 15–20 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Refund issued via original payment method (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, PayPal, or card). Bank transfer available if required.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

7- Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective / Wrong Item: Laylatun covers both return and original shipping.

8- Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made products (unless faulty).
  • Opened perfumes.
  • Personal care items.
  • Items not meeting return conditions above.

9- Quality Checks & Rejected Returns

  • All returns are inspected. If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, Laylatun may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

10- Legal Compliance

  • Laylatun follows Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. Customers have the right to return defective goods and receive remediation as described.

سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع — ليلتن

ا 1- الشحن 

  • يتم الشحن عبر شركائنا الموثوق بهم محليًا ودوليًا.
  • رسوم الشحن تُحسب وتظهر للعميل قبل الدفع.
  • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تم إرسال طلب خاطئ.

ا 2- فحص الطلب عند الاستلام

  • يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الطلب أمام المندوب قبل القبول.
  • في حالة الرفض عند الاستلام، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن فقط.
  • عند القبول، يتم تطبيق سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال أدناه.

ا3- سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

أ) تغيير الرأي

  • المدة: خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام.
  • الشروط: المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، بجميع الملصقات والفاتورة، داخل العبوة الأصلية.
  • يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.

ب) عيب مصنعي / خطأ في الطلب

  • المدة: 30 يومًا من الاستلام.
  • الإجراء: استبدال أو استرداد كامل المبلغ (بما في ذلك رسوم الشحن) بعد التحقق.
  • يجب إرسال صور/فيديو مع رقم الطلب عند التواصل.

ا 4- الاسترداد المالي

  • المدة: 15–20 يوم عمل بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع.
  • الوسيلة: نفس وسيلة الدفع (إنستاباي – فودافون كاش – باي بال – بطاقة).
  • رسوم الشحن لا تُرد عند الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي.

م 5 - مدد التوصيل داخل مصر (تقديرية)

  • القاهرة الكبرى: 2–3 أيام عمل
  • الإسكندرية والبحيرة: 3–4 أيام عمل
  • مدن الدلتا والقناة: 3–5 أيام عمل
  • صعيد مصر (شمال): 4–6 أيام عمل
  • صعيد مصر (جنوب): 5–7 أيام عمل
  • مطروح/البحر الأحمر/سيناء: 6–8 أيام عمل
  • الشحن الدولي: 7–15 يوم عمل داخل المنطقة العربية (وقد تزيد لأوروبا/أمريكا حسب الجمارك).
